MCG External Publications

The MCG Publications Office produces magazines, annual reports, viewbooks, brochures and other print materials to supportMCG's mission of improving health while reducing the burden of illness in society. The office supports the Graphic Standards Policy by reviewing and editing materials before dissemination to a wide audiences. Writing and editing services are provided free to the campus community.

 

Institutional publications:

MCG Today: MCG's award-winning flagship publication, distributed quarterly to faculty, alumni, legislators, supporters and other key constituents. A Content Committee meets in March, June, September and December to develop content.

MCG Tomorrow: MCG's annual research publication, highlighting advances in thematic areas of cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes/obesity, infection/inflammation and neurological disease. The 2006 edition will be published in May.

MCG Annual Report: Published each fall, this report notes achievements, statistics, financial information and a donor list for each fiscal year.

School publications:

Word of Mouth: School of Dentistry's quarterly magazine; Content Committee meets in February, May, August and November to develop content.

School of Allied Health Sciences: quarterly magazine
