2007 Distinguished Alumnus Award

Dr. Clark M. Carroll

Dr. Carroll, a general dentist in Eastman, Ga., graduated from the MCG School of Dentistry in 1974 at age 21 after gaining early admission at age 18. He was admitted to Middle   Georgia College  at age 16.

Dr. Carroll, who has practiced in the small town of Eastman since graduation, is  president of the Georgia Board of Dentistry and a member of the board of directors of the Southern Regional Testing Agency, the Steering Committee of  the Central Regional Dental Testing Service, the American Association of Dental  Examiners, the American Dental Association and the Academy of General  Dentistry. He is an honorable fellow of the Georgia Dental Association and a  former two-term president of the Central District Dental Society.
