The Supplier Diversity Initiative & Materials Management invite you to participate in an opportunity to reach several hundred of the state's leading health care educators and tomorrow's health care professionals.
The Supplier Diversity Fair offers a great opportunity to the Medical College as well as the CSRA to bring together purchasing decision-makers with diverse suppliers from around our community and the country in a dynamic single day event. We will be highlighting medical, research, and administrative products and services. And, of course, we will provide food samplings from some of the best and diverse caterers in the Augusta area.
There will be opportunities for the vendors to hold individual meetings with end-users by appointment. This will allow them to provide a one-on-one session informing us of goods and services provided and how they can assist the Medical College. The Fair will be a campus-wide event to spotlight all of the diverse vendors that are available for campus usage. Following the Fair, there will be a Q & A Session hosted by the Purchasing Department for the vendors. This session will provide a chance for vendors to speak with our purchasing decision-makers.
There are many compelling reasons for your company to attend this Fair. Among them is your chance to meet and greet, learn more about the campus and its needs but visibility to the campus community and its decision-makers regarding your capabilities is the most important of all. Your company's products and programs enhance the way we at MCG teach, learn and care for patients and students, so please consider becoming one of this event's seminar presenters, sponsors or booth exhibitors.
