Campus Mail Services

Welcome to Campus Mail Services. it is our responsibility to coordinate all incoming, intra campus and outgoing mail for the Medical College of Georgia (MCG) and the Medical College of Georgia Health Inc. (MCGHI).  The Campus Mail Service processes some 25,000 pieces of mail each workday.We make over 292 scheduled mail pick up and delivery stops daily.

The Campus Mail Services is located at BL-1003, Warehouse Building and offers window services from 8.30am - 5pm each weekday, except MCG Campus holidays. We can be reached at 706.721.3996.

Mail service is provided internally and for outgoing United States Postal Service (USPS) mail daily.

• Mail picked up from USPS - 7.30am
• Morning intra campus mail delivery/pick-up - 8am - 11.30am
• Mail delivered to USPS - 11am
• Mail picked up from USPS - 11.30am
• Afternoon intra campus mail delivery/pick-up - 1-3pm
• Express and certified mail to Mail Center - no later than 2pm
• Express and certified mail delivered to USPS - 2.30pm
• Mail picked up by USPS - 3.30pm

Deliveries are made only to approved distribution points in order to maintain regular mail schedules. Request for additional distribution points must be submitted in writing to the Campus Mail Services.

Note:  No personal incoming mail or packages are permitted through Campus Mail Services.
