Residence 5

Residence 5, located on Warren Hites Drive, provides spacious, unfurnished one and two bedroom apartments for married students and their immediate families, and possibly some single students. Apartments must be occupied only by the student, his/her spouse and dependent children.

Rent is $2,637.72 (1 BR) or $2,873.34 (2 BR) and must be paid on a semester basis (utilities included). There is also a $5.00 per semester activity fee
