Residence 4

Residence 4, located behind the Student Center, provides housing for single male and female, graduate and undergraduate, students. There are 50 air-conditioned, furnished rooms (bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe closet, desk and chair) for double or single occupancy, each with private bath.

Rent is $1,738.08 for single occupancy and $1,044.99 for double occupancy and must be paid on a semester basis (utilities included). 

There is also a $5 student activity fee each semester.
