Things to do as graduation approaches:

  • Check your PULSE regularly to make sure no holds have been placed on your records.  If you incur any Parking fines, Library fines or Student Health charges that are not paid prior to graduation, this will prevent you from receiving your diploma on graduation day.
  • If you are a Financial Aid recipient, please make sure you complete your exit interview with Financial Aid.
  • Submit a request to the Registrar’s Office for Transcripts, Certification Letters or English translations of your Latin diploma that you may need for licensing boards or employers.   You can print the forms on line by using the following links:

      Request for Transcript

      Request for English Translation

      Request for Letter of Certification

  • Watch your GroupWise email for important messages regarding graduation.   Information regarding the graduation ceremony will be emailed to you.

Please note that during graduation time it takes a little longer to process these requests.

Please allow 3 – 5 days for processing.

Things to do after graduation:

  • Have several copies of your diploma made BEFORE you have it framed.  There will be occasions through out your career where you may need to have a certified copy of your diploma.  You can send a copy of your diploma to the Registrar’s Office for certification.

  • Request for a Duplicate or Replacement Diploma

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions regarding transcripts, diplomas, English translations of your diploma or certification letters.  We are here to assist you.
