The Department of Physiological and Technological Nursing provides innovative leadership, education and research that enhances the understanding and application of physiologic systems interactions, health care technology, and professional nursing roles. PTN is the home of the SON Simulation Center which underscores the department's commitment to provide high-quality clinical education and highly reliable assessments to advance the quality and safety of patient care.
