     The Clinical Nurse Leader Program (for Registered Nurses)

Admissions Requirements
-  Baccalaureate degree from an accredited school of nursing
-  Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (cumulative)
-  GRE (900 minimum) or MAT (400 minimum) taken within the last    5 years
-  Official transcripts of all post-secondary education
-  Licensed by or eligible for licensure by the Georgia Board of Nursing    as an RN
-  One year employment as an RN is recommended
-  International applicants, educated outside the US, must submit    professional course-by-course evaluations of all foreign educational    documents, at your own cost.  Applicants can choose one of the    following evaluation services: Josef Silny & Associates, Inc., World    Education Services, or Educational Credential Evaluators, Inc.
-  Current resume or curriculum vitae. Please attach to online application or    submit separately to the Office of Academic Admissions.
-  Three letters of recommendation (School of Graduate Studies Reference    Form is also required.)
-  If applicable, TOEFL score of 550 paper-based, 213 computer-based    or 79 internet-based.  For more information, visit    www.mcg.edu/Admissions/intstud.htm.
-  Personal interview
-  Essay (2 pages) addressing the impact the CNL can have on health care    delivery and how the applicant’s professional goals will be met by obtaining    an MSN-CNL degree
-  Prerequisites: Statistics or Biostatistics (3 credits)
