The Academy of Nurse Scholars in Education (ANSE) is an organization of MCG faculty who have demonstrated excellence in educational activities within the School of Nursing.
The ANSE Goals:
- To recognize and reward outstanding educators
- To foster and promote educational excellence, research, scholarship and innovation
- To promote educational skills and career development within the School of Nursing
- To enhance faculty career satisfaction by identifying dedicated faculty to serve as role models and mentors
- To demonstrate the School of Nursing’s commitment to quality teaching and learning

Faculty who are considering submission of an application for membership must send letter of intent to Chair, ANSE and their Department Chair

ANSE Membership Application due to Office of the Academic Dean for processing prior to review by the Committee |
| March 1 |
ANSE Chair and Membership Committee notify the new ANSE members of acceptance along as well as the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, Dean, SON and appropriate department chairs |
| April 1 |
Academy members submit one-page report to the Chair of Academy |
