2008 Resident Retreat
Savannah Rapids Pavilion
| Every year our residents meet in an outside location for a one-day retreat where all aspects of our program are discussed. At the end of that session the residency director and associate director meet with the group and receive immediate and direct feedback, listening to suggestions and proposals from the residents. This process has led to numerous new activities and educational opportunities for the residents. The program and the department leadership receive an official report of the Retreat.
