C80405 -- Irinotecan/5-FU/Leucovorin (FOLFIRI) or Oxaliplatin/5-FU/Leucovorin (FOLFOX) with Bevacizumab, or Cetuximab, or Combination of Bevacizumab and Cetuximab for Metastatic Adenocarcinoma of the Colon or Rectum

This study is comparing three Arms:

  • Arm A, Bevacizumab every 2 weeks followed by FOLFOX or FOLFIRI every 2 weeks
  • Arm B, Cetuximab weekly followed by FOLFOX or FOLFIRI every 2 weeks
  • Arm C, Cetuximab weekly, followed by Bevacizumab every 2 weeks, followed by FOLFOX or FOLFIRI every 2 weeks

Eligibility

You may be eligible for this trial if:

  • You have histologically or cytologically documented locally advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer.
  • You have no prior treatment for advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer
    • No prior radiotherapy to >25% of bone marrow
    • > 4 weeks since major surgery
  • You have no previous or concurrent malignancy
  • You have no known central nervous system metastases or carcinomatous meningitis
  • You are not pregnant or nursing
  • You are at least 18 years old
