C40502—Weekly Paclitaxel Vs Weekly Nanoparticle Albumin bound Nab-Paclitaxel or Ixabepilone combined with Bevacizumab as first-line therapy for metastatic breast cancer

The purpose of this research study is to:

  • Find out what effects (good and bad) the study treatment has on you and your cancer.
  • Compare three different study treatment combinations to see if one is better.

Eligibility

You may be eligible for this trial if:

  • You have stage IV or IIIb invasive breast cancer, not amenable to local therapy. Must be measurable disease.
  • You do not have an active secondary malignancy
  • HER2+ disease is allowed if you received prior trastuzumab or lapatinib therapy.
  • You are at least 18 years of age.
