We appreciate your interest in the Dermatology Residency Training Program at the Medical College of Georgia.
Applicants to our program must apply through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). We use the standard information requested by ERAS. No paper applications will be accepted. You may obtain detailed information on how to apply to our program by contacting the ERAS website at www.aamc.org.eras.
After review of all submitted applications, selected applicants will be invited to interview during the months of December and January. We participate in the National Resident Match Program (NRMP). In order for you to be included in the match, you must be registered with the NRMP. Applicants to our program must complete a post-graduate year in a clinical program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). The clinical programs that are acceptable for the post-graduate year include:
Although all of these are acceptable choices, we encourage you to consider a transitional year or preliminary year program.
