Preparing Research Posters

Cardiovasular Medical Illustration is happy to assist in preparing research posters for cardiovascular researchers and clinicians. Typical time required to prepare a poster is 1 or 2 days depending on complexity.

What to Send

Please send the text to be used as a Microsoft Word file. Indicate in the flow of the text:

• Title of the poster
• Authors in proper order
• Title of each section
• Placement of images that you desire in relationship to the text (for example: "Image of Platelet EM #3 goes with the previous paragraph"
• It is not neccesary to include the MCG logo or any "decorative" images

Send the images as .jpg, .tif, .png, .bmp files. Please send the original unaltered images as separate files. Images can be emailed if the system permits. See sending large images for more details.
