Patient Guide to Heart Transplant

In order to provide our patients with all of the resources they need to have a successful transplant, we have put together Heart Transplant: A Patient Guide. This manual explains what to expect both before and after the procedure and can be used as a workbook for patients.

The manual is for educational purposes and should not replace consulation with medical professionals. If you have any questions regarding your condition, please schedule an appointment with a health care professional.
