WPW

WPW is a congenital syndrome where a small amount “extra” electrical conductive tissue is present within the heart which then allows for fast heart rhythms termed “tachycardias” to sustain. This in some cases may lead to potentially dangerous arrhythmias. Catheter ablation has been performed for many years for the WPW syndrome with great success.
