Cardiac Rehabilitation: Heart to Heart Monthly Education Series

Education plays a crucial role in keeping your heart healthy. As a part of our cardiac rehabilitation program, we now offer a monthly class relating to cardiovascular health.

Location: Cardiovascular Center at MCG Health

Guest Speaker: Jeannie Hatfield-Laube, MS, RD, LD, CCRP, Clinical Dietician

Cost: Free

This event will also be a farewell gathering for our student intern, Christy Summers. She has been a great help this last few months so please join us in wishing her well. We will be serving light refreshments. You are welcome to bring a small dish or snack to share with the group, but please do not feel obligated to do so.
