All student assigned to any off-campus site must have an up-to-date immunization record in Student Health.

For those students assigned to Wards at MCG or VAMC for the second and third month, you should report directly to your teams for work rounds on the first day of the rotation at 8:00 AM. Ward assignments will be sent directly to your student mailbox one-week prior to your start date.

For those students assigned to any off-campus sites for the second and third month, you should contact the site you are assigned and the AHEC two weeks prior to the start of the rotation.
