Check In and Housing: 
At least one week before rotation begins, call Julie Roth or Ginnette Mills at the SOWEGA-AHEC for housing/rotation check in instructions and arrangements. 

 

Cordele Housing Rules

 

Housing is provided by Crisp Regional Hospital in one of three houses.  You will need to report to the Hospital (902 North Seventh Avenue) and ask for the Housing Supervisor if after 5:00 pm.  If you arrive before 5:00 pm, please see Ms. Gale Arbuthnot in Administration for your housing keys and directions.

 

During the first week you will receive the necessary paperwork in the mail for you to complete and return it in the envelope provided.

 

Check out:  Please follow the procedures provided by Crisp Regional Hospital and Ms. Gale Arbuthnot when you are leaving the housing.
