Archbold Memorial Hospital
We’re
excited to know that you will be coming to Southwest Georgia for part of your
clinical training. Should you have any problems while here, feel free to contact
any of the Area Health Education Center staff.
Housing Information: Archbold
Memorial Hospital provides housing in Thomasville. The housing consists of
two apartments with two bedrooms each. Each bedroom has a deadbolt for
your convenience. The housing is located on Gordon Avenue.
Check In: On the day of your
arrival, an envelope will be waiting for you at the Information Desk at the Main
Entrance of the hospital. It will include directions to the apartment,
information about the apartment, two copies of a Residential Agreement Form, and
the keys to the apartment, mailbox and laundry room. Both copies of the
Residential Agreement Form need to be signed and returned to administration.
Once signed by a representative of administration, one copy of the form will be
returned to you for your records.
What to Bring:
You will need to bring linens (towels and sheets for a double size bed). Furniture, dishes, pots and pans
are provided.

You are responsible for cleaning the apartment before you leave.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN THE KEYS TO ADMINISTRATION ON THE LAST DAY OF YOUR ROTATION.
Grades will be held until all borrowed items are returned.
