being provided by the Columbus Regional Healthcare System parent company of The
Medical Center.

Check In: Go to the Medical Center, 710 Center Street in Columbus (main phone number (706) 571-1000). Inside the main entrance is an information desk. Show your identification and they will give you an envelope with your housing key and other information. Housing is located two blocks from the Medical Center at 1818 11th Avenue, on the southeast corner of 19th street and 11th avenue.
Student Housing Agreement
What to Bring: You will need to bring a calling card or cell phone for long distance phone calls and any personal items to make your stay more comfortable. Please note that no pets are allowed, no exceptions. Other house rules are outlined on the instruction sheet you will receive when you pick up your key.
Check Out:
Your checkout will be with Linda Whitley
at 1900 10th Avenue. You will be expected to return the security badge, beeper
and housing keys (if applicable). You will also need to submit the completed
checkout sheet showing that you have cleared medical records and the library in
the hospital.
Completion of the above requirements will allow the release of your grades. We will look forward
to seeing you.
