Rotation Information:
The first day
of your clerkship, you will attend an orientation
on campus and be expected
to arrive at the Blue Ridge AHEC
office no later than 4:30 p.m. You must
contact the Blue Ridge
AHEC office if you cannot arrive by 4:30 p.m. so
arrangements
can be made for you to obtain your housing keys and forms.
You
will be expected to report to the Clinical Director’s office
in Building 103
at NWGRH at 8:00 AM on the next day. You
will have a name badge made in the
Human Resources Office
and complete a required orientation on that same day.
You will
register your car with security and receive a registration sticker
to place on your windshield for the six weeks you are at NWGRH,
which will
be addressed after you have checked in at the Clinical
Director’s office.
Upon arrival at NWGRH for the first time, stop
at the
Security Office located at the entrance of the NWRGH campus.

Check Out: Please check out with the Blue
Ridge AHEC staff on the last day of your rotation. You are to return
your keys, badge and any borrowed items. Your grades will be held
until all items are returned.
