Please Note: Dr. Simmons is now requiring every student scheduled to rotate at the site to have a flu shot. Taking a flu shot is mandatory. Students will be responsible for providing his office with proof of having a flue shot within 12 months of your assigned rotation in Tifton. Failing to comply will prevent you from starting your rotation on time. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

Directions to Hospital: For students traveling from I-75 south, take exit 64 and take Highway 31 south to 20th Street. The hospital is located on 20th street.
Students must report to the Medical Staff Office for a brief orientation prior to beginning their rotation. If you have questions please contact Harriett Lawrence at 229-353-6143.
Directions to Practice: The Children's Medical Group is located in the
office building directly next to Tift Regional.
