What to do before your scheduled rotation: Please take the time to print and complete all of the necessary documentation no later than one week prior to your rotation. Failure to complete your paperwork in time could delay the start of your rotation. All forms must be faxed or emailed to Michelle Evans at the Blue Ridge AHEC at 706-378-3113.

Identification badges are obtained in Security Services at WellStar Kennestone Hospital Emergency Room or WellStar Cobb Hospital Emergency Room. Please contact Jackie Hayes at (770) 792-5331 should you have any questions regarding the WellStar student forms.
You are expected at your preceptor's office by 9:00 AM the next day. You will
need to obtain your WellStar badge on the afternoon you arrive or before
reporting to your preceptor's office the next day.
Rotation Information: The mission of Wellstar Pediatric Professionals is to provide quality and competent medical services for children in a nurturing and caring environment. Patients are seen for preventative care and illness from birth to adolescence. Dr. Colon has been with the Wellstar Physicians Group for over ten years.

Check Out: Please check out with the Blue Ridge AHEC staff on the last day of your rotation. You are to return your keys and badge. Your grades will be held until keys are returned. Please call to make arrangements.
