Welcome to the
Southeastern Primary Care Consortium/Atlanta Area Health Education Center (SPCC
Atlanta AHEC). The AHEC is here to help you have a successful and
fulfilling rotation. If you need any assistance or support during your
clinical rotation experience please do not hesitate to contact us.
Rotation Information: This particular rotation will provide you with an excellent clerkship opportunity. During your six-week rotation you will spend time with three different physicians. You will find the schedule for the rotation below. Students will accompany the doctor on hospital rounds and office visits. You will be asked to do several written write-ups on inpatients and office patients. As you rotation progresses you will have the opportunity for hands on experience in delivering the care for in office & hospital patients. Computer and Internet access is available for you in the on call room at the hospital and at the office. For any questions prior to the rotation feel free to call Dr. Arshad at 404-363-9581.

Physicians' Lounge. Donna Cannon is the Director of Medical Staff Services and will assist in orientating you to Dekalb Medical Center. She can be reached by calling 404-501-5093.
