Housing Description: The housing is provided by Jefferson County Hospital located in Louisville, GA. The room is a standard hospital room that has a lock and key door with a private bath. The room is adjacent to the Nurses’ Station that has a microwave and refrigerator that students are allowed to use. The hospital has a full cafeteria as well. The room is set up to have wireless internet.
Please contact the Magnolia Coastlands AHEC as soon as possible if housing is needed for this rotation. Housing is provided on a first come, first serve basis.

Check In: Students will have to contact Ann York, Office Manager at Physician’s Health Group in Louisville, GA to have housing arranged. Students should call her at (478) 625-8471 to schedule a convenient time to meet with her.
What to Bring: Students must supply all personal items including towels, washcloths, and all toiletry items including toilet paper. Please bring sheets, and linens needed for a twin bed.
Directions from Augusta: Take Dean Bridge Road/US HWY 1 South for approximately 25 miles to Wrens. You will pass Dr. Sheppard's office on the left. Continue South on HWY 1 for 10 miles to Louisville. The hospital will be on the right.
Check Out: Contact Ann York on the last day of your rotation to return keys and any borrowed items. Grades may be held until all keys and borrowed items are returned.
