Rotation Information: All students are provided with computer access at Memorial Health University Medical Center. In order to obtain the computer access students must complete the confidentiality form below prior to arriving for your rotation in Savannah. A social security number must also be provided.

Check In: Students must contact Debbie Brickner to arrange check in at the hospital prior to their arrival.
Directions to Memorial/Savannah from Augusta: Take US Hwy. 25/Peach Orchard Road South. Travel through Waynesboro and Millen and continue toward Statesboro. At the 301 Bypass outside of Statesboro, turn right and follow it to I-16. Take I-16 East to Savannah (about 45 minutes). Pass the I-95 interchange and go approximately four miles. Take the first 516 Exit. This road becomes Derene Avenue. Pass Abercorn, Habersham, Reynolds, and Paulson intersections. The next large intersection is Waters Avenue. Turn left onto Waters Avenue and go one block about ½ mile. Memorial will be on the right. Parking is available in the visitor lot.
Check Out Hospital: Please check out with Sandra Simmons on the last day of your rotation between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. You are responsible for returning: pager, texts, and any other borrowed items. Grades may be held until all keys are borrowed and items are returned.
