Applications must be made through ERAS. You may access the Applicant Information Sheet (AIS) in Acrobat format or visit their website for additional information.
We require:
- ERAS application
- Deans letter
- USMLE Board Scores Transcript
- Three letters of recommendation
- Curriculum vitae
- Medical school transcript
- VISA: We only sponsor the J-1 Visa, Green Card or
Permanent Resident
