Overarching Goals of programs:
-Smoking prevention and cessation intervention with families (beginning with 4th grade children and at minimum one parent/guardian per child)
-Rural and urban settings
-Community, school, and home-based approaches
-Tailored cessation with combination of Motivational Interviewing and pharmacological approaches.
-Pharmacogenetic study exploring specific genetics, pharmacotherapies, and inflammation biomarkers
