Oral & Maxillofacial Radiology Services
(706) 721-2264		 Plain film tomographic imaging techniques are offered to practitioners for the assessment of the oral and maxillofacial region. Tomography is particularly useful for the evaluation of the temporomandibular joint, pre-surgical assessment of proposed dental implant sites, and as an aid in the diagnosis of pathosis. Clinicians will receive a written diagnostic report and the appropriate radiographs for all referrals.

MCG has assembled a team of specialists to evaluate difficult TM disorder problems. Oral medicine specialists, oral surgeons, and a psychologist use a multi-disciplinary approach to address complex problems.
