Eligibility
Students
All students must pay the Student Health Fee to be eligible for services in
our clinic, regardless of who their insurance carrier is. Students who are enrolled
full-time (taking more than 6 hours) on the MCG Augusta Campus, pay the fee when they register. All Students who are on the mandatory Student Insurance Plan must also pay the Student Health Fee to be eligible for services at Student Health, this includes any student who takes
less than six (6) hours per semester, or is classified as an "online or distance learning student."
The fees are as follows:
Fall Semester:
$143.00
Spring Semester: $143.00
Summer Semester: $100.00
As a service to our students on the MCG Augusta Campus, the Student Health Dental Clinic is
available on an optional basis. Students who sign up for the dental
clinic will be covered from August 1st- July 31st. There is
an annual fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) that each participant must
pay. The annual fee includes the following services at no additional
charge:
- Cleanings
- Comprehensive Oral Exams
- X-rays
- Minor Restorative Work (fillings)
Spouses/Domestic Partner
Any spouse/domestic partner of a student who is eligible for services in our medical and
dental clinic, may have services by paying the Student Health Dependent Fee.
The fees are as follows:
Student Health Dependent Semester Fees:
Fall Semester: $ 30.00
Spring Semester: $ 30.00
Summer Semester: $ 30.00
Dependent Medical Clinic Fees: Semester Fee + Fee for services
Dependent Counseling Clinic Fees: Semester Fee + $30.00 per session
Dependent Dental Clinic Fees: Annual $175.00
