ConfidentialityAt the Student Health Service, we take pride in our high level of confidentiality. All of our charts are kept in our building, separate from all other MCG Hospital & Clinic files. We maintain our own, free-standing computer system, which is in no way connected to the hospital system. As a student, you can be sure that no other students or faculty members will be able to view your chart without your written consent. In addition, our counseling center maintains their own charts. These charts are not available to the SHS medical or dental clinic, or MCG Hospital & Clinics, unless the student signs a release form to do so. back to Clinical Services |
