The research mission of the Medical College of Georgia Department of Dental Hygiene centers on the creation and application of new knowledge and strategies to improve oral health.  Clinical and educational research projects offer diverse opportunities to develop student expertise, enhance the dissemination of information, and improve patients’ overall quality of life.
