Research Description:
Elucidation of the mechanisms underlying postural control during stance and gait under different sensory conditions. How neurologic disorders such as Parkinson's disease affect postural control.

Current Investigations:
Effect of deep brain stimulation on postural control.

Age-related changes in gait control.

Gait control in the presence of cognitive distractions.
