Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of public health/health

- Demonstrated knowledge of statistics, clinical data,
and laboratory data
- Knowledge of healthcare standards and compliance
guidelines–HL7 & HIPAA
- Experience with clinical terminology LOINC, SNOMED,
MedDRA and UMLS
- Experience in medical vocabulary standardization
preferred
- Must have excellent communication, planning, and
organizational skills

Coding Analyst position will be involved in numerous facets
of our operations. Notably:
- Coding Policies: We typically work with our hospital
and physician group clients to re-engineer their coding

policies up to date.
- Compliance program: You will be involved in the

The Candidate
This position requires a person with high levels of
curiosity, solid communication skills and a passion for
medical coding. While we don't require significant
experience–we expect the ideal candidate might have 1-4
years of practical work experience. We DO require a keen
intellect, an ability to grasp abstract concepts, a
committed work ethic and strong communication skills. Our
