Thank you so much for your interest in our radiation therapy program. We offer a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences degree with a major in radiation therapy.
■ Our program is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology and is a 2+2, which means that it requires that 2 years of general college requirements (60 hours) be completed at a college or university and the final 2 years would be completed in our radiation therapy program.
■ The application deadline is March 1. Classes begin each Fall (August) semester only. Please visit the Radiation Therapy Admissions Information to obtain the most current program information.
■ To apply to the Radiation Therapy Bachelor of Science program you may submit an online application form. Click Apply Online Now at bottom of the page to begin the 2008-2009 application process.
■ If you have taken college courses already, your next step would be to request an unofficial transcript evaluation (to find out if the classes will transfer into core requirements required by MCG), please fax or mail all of your college transcripts to:
Office of Academic Admissions email: underadm@mcg.edu
Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions. After your application is COMPLETE in MCG Office of Admissions, it will be sent to our radiation therapy admissions committee for review.
The radiation therapy committee reviews applications as soon as they are complete. So the sooner you apply, the quicker we can give you an admissions decision. We look forward to receiving your application! (top) |
