Mary Anne Owen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical and Radiological Technologies of the School of Allied Health Sciences at the Medical College of Georgia and the Nuclear Medicine Technology Program Director.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from the University of Georgia in 1972, Associate Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from the Medical College of Georgia in 1994, and Master of Health Education Degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2000.  Ms. Owen’s primary teaching areas include nuclear medicine clinical procedures, applied research, and emerging technologies.  She is also active in local and national professional societies and received the Outstanding Educator of the Year Award from the Society of Nuclear Medicine in 2007.

Greg Passmore is an Assistant Professor in the School of Allied Health Sciences, Department of Biomedical and Radiological Technologies, and Nuclear Medicine Technology Program. He received his bachelor degree from Truman State University in 1978, Master of Science degrees from Truman State University and University of Missouri in 1980 and 1987, and Ph.D. in Education from the University of Missouri in 1996. His primary teaching duties include nuclear medicine physics and instrumentation, and research design. His research interests include depleted Uranium (DU) collimator design, diabetic ketoacidosis, and concept mapping and learning interventions. He is a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT).

Krishnan Prabakaran received Bachelor of Science degree from Madurai Kamaraj University, India in 1982, Master of Science degree from Aligarh Muslim University, India in 1984 and a Diploma in medical radioisotope techniques from University of Bombay in 1985.  He is credentialed in the area of general nuclear medicine and nuclear cardiology by NMTCB, USA.   His primary teaching responsibilities include nuclear cardiology, clinical education oversight, and healthcare management.  He has many years of clinical and research experience in nuclear medicine from India, Australia and USA.

David Simons is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical and Radiological Technologies of the School of Allied Health Sciences at the Medical College of Georgia and the Nuclear Medicine Technologies Clinical Coordinator for Augusta.  He received the Bachelor of Science degree from Augusta State University in 1996, and the Master of Science from Mississippi State University in 2001. He's credentials include CNMT and ARRT(N).  His primary teaching duties include patient care, ACLS, and research design.
