Branding and consistency are two of the most important ways to build confidence and recognition in target audiences. The templates available on this page are designed to do that. By consistently using these templates, you will build a "brand" that, over time, potential study participants will associate with MCG.

To use these templates, click on one of the links below. When the layout appears in your browser window, go to the "File" menu and click on "Save As" to save the Word template document to your hard drive.

Please change only the copy on this ad template and add the HAC approval number or the IRB approval number (as applicable) to the template when the approval number is obtained.. The type sizes may be changed to accommodate more or less copy, but please don’t change the font (Arial) or add clipart.	Advertisement Templates

High quality clip art or photographs may be added with approval from the Publications Coordinator in the Office of Strategic Communications. 

Brochures should be printed on the highest quality paper possible and photocopied from an original version printed on a laser or inkjet printer (not a photocopy from a previous printing). Please make sure the copies are printed straight on the paper with toner that gives good coverage, and that the folds are even and crisp.
