The Human Assurance Committee (HAC) serves as the Institutional Review Board (IRB) for the Medical College of Georgia, Medical College of Georgia Hospital and Clinics, Children’s Medical Center, Georgia War Veterans’ Nursing Home, and the Augusta Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (Uptown and Downtown).
