The Parking Office is the business office for the Bureau, conducting and coordinating "Parking and Transportation Services" at the Medical College of Georgia. Our main business office is located in room HT-1147 on the first floor of the Annex II building (HT) between Walton Way and the John C. Calhoun Expressway, off 15th Street. The entrance to our main business office is located on the south side of the building.
Parking and Transportation Services
The Parking Office provides a variety of services to meet the needs of the patients, visitors, students, employees, and the Institution. These services include:
- Vehicle Registration & Issuing Parking Permits
- Motorist Assistance
- Special Events
- Disabled Parking on Campus
- Maintaining Campus Parking Facilities
- Enforcing Campus Parking Regulations
- MEDEXpress Shuttle Bus Service
Special Events Parking Requests
All requests for parking support for Special Events must be coordinated with the Parking Office; refer to MCG Administrative Policy and Procedure, No. 1.6.04, titled: "Designated Parking For: Conferences, Institutes, Special Events".
| Disabled Parking Permits Disabled parking at MCG is provided on a by-name basis for students and employees. You may contact the Parking Office to request a designated disabled parking space. This space will be located as conveniently to your work-site or academic class as possible. |

Registration and Permit Costs

Vehicle registration is conducted annually at the Medical College of Georgia, during the month of May. New registration permits are issued in June, which must be displayed on the registered vehicle by July 1st. The annual registration fee is $10.00. Parkers can choose between Non-Reserved ($25 per month) or Reserved parking ($60 per month). Registration and parking zone information is available at the main MCG Parking Office in Annex II or at the satellite office in the Student Center. Reserved spots are monitored at all times and towing is enforced. |

Parking Services operates two office locations on the MCG Campus:
- The Main Office is located in the Annex II building, Room HT-1147.
- Our Satellite Office is located in the MCG Student Center Bookstore.
