Instructions and Forms
The following "Forms" may be printed, completed and returned to the ID Badging / Key Control Office for processing:

Service Locations and Hours of Operation
The ID Badging / Key Control operates two office locations on the MCG Campus:
- The Main Office is located in the Annex II building, room HT-1147.
- Our Satellite Office is located in the MCG Student Center, room DA-1020, for ID Badges only.
