The School of Medicine Faculty Senate annually recognizes faculty who have made outstanding contributions to the school in their particular field. The Faculty Senate Recognition Committee is seeking nominations for the following 2006 awards:

Outstanding Young Basic Science (5 yrs or less service)

Outstanding Young Clinical Science (5 yrs or less service)

School of Medicine Outstanding Faculty Award
Awards will be presented Wed., April 19, at 4 p.m. in the Alumni Center.
To nominate a faculty member, submit a letter of nomination and a current curriculum vitae to Laurie Lane, via campus mail, AF –1011, or e-mail, llane@mcg.edu, before Feb. 17. A candidate may be nominated for more than one category. Multiple submissions will be accepted from one submitter. Nominations received after Feb. 17 will be discarded.
