Sharing a dream like the one the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. had for a united America, is the key to changing today's world, University System of Georgia Regent Eldridge McMillan told a full house in the Auditoria Center Jan. 13. As the guest speaker at the tri-college celebration honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, the regent joined the over 400 attendees and the choirs of Augusta State University, Paine College and MCG in saluting Dr. King Jr.'s legacy. "We must dare to believe in our dreams and be courageous enough to share them and work toward a common good," said Mr. McMillan. "Dr. King elevated our understanding of the power of a dream."
