During the Jan. 12 General Faculty Assembly, Dr. Vincent Robinson, vice
chair of the Academic Council, and MCG President Daniel W. Rahn, chair of
the Academic Council, welcomed new MCG faculty. Below, School of Nursing

Gillespie and Dr. Autumn Schumacher stand to be recognized. The Academic
Council is the institution’s representative body designed to promote faculty
development, create a culture of shared responsibility and strengthen the
