Canine queen

 Queen Bea

Janet G. Campbell, Employee Health Services Manager at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, sent this photo of Queen Beatrice Eve Campbell, “otherwise known as Queen Bea, our one-year-old English bulldog. There is never a dull moment with Bea. She enjoys her evening session of Bull-ates where we find her sprawled out on her back doing her stretches. Bea performs chores every morning consisting of acting as a Bull alarm – she jumps up on the side of the bed to wake me up when the traditional alarm fails to do so.”

Fearless feline

Pam Newman, assistant controller for financial accounting and reporting, sent this photo of her kitten, Tiger.

Pam Newman, assistant controller for financial accounting and reporting, sent this photo of her kitten, Tiger. “Although he is small, he is loaded with personality. He is fearless and loves to run and explore. He enjoys pouncing on my daughter’s cat and my dog, who are both much bigger. Also, he loves to cuddle with his human mom…the minute he gets sleepy, he climbs in my lap and immediately begins to purr while snuggling into a comfortable position for a nap.”
