Resident of the Year nominees sought

Attention, program directors, department chairs, clinical faculty and house officers:

The Office of Graduate Medical Education is accepting nominations for the Resident of the Year Award.  The deadline is Feb. 17.

Nominees should demonstrate excellence in patient care, interpersonal relationships, teaching and the discovery of new knowledge in medicine. Service to the hospital or community beyond the scope of training is particularly desirable. The award will be presented in April at the Faculty Awards Ceremony.

Send a letter of the nominee’s qualifications and CV to Mary Stephens, Graduate Medical Education Office, AE-3040. For more information, call ext. 1-3052.
