Augusta MS Center

Brief Description:
The Augusta Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Center is an interdisciplinary program that strives to meet the changing needs of people living with MS. The Center is growing dramatically and has received designation of a National MS Society affiliated program and became a member of the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers in 2003.
The PA would be an instrumental player in providing expert patient care for the Multiple Sclerosis program. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual who would enjoy a challenging position. Requires a BS degree from a recognized Physician’s Assistant Program, national board certification of PA; Georgia PA licensure; annual certification/re-certification with CPR and defibrillation; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; analytical analysis and planning skills; personal organization/discipline; computer literacy; ability to function effectively in a stressful, multi-tasking environment; ability to lift patients.
