Using the Zip Drive

The Zip Disk is a 100 or 250 megabyte size disk. This means that it can hold 100 or 250 megabytes of data. Normal 3.5 disks can hold 1.4 megabytes of data. Primarily users will want to use zip disks for large presentations on PowerPoint and for saving pictures on disk.  At this time the computer lab does not support 250 megabyte disks.

Please do not place zip disks in the A: drive or 3.5 disks in the Zip Drives.
