1. Select New from the File menu to create a new library. 
2. Name the library and specify the directory you want to save it in.
3. Click Save. 
4. Steps 4-6 need only be completed the first time used or if the data source is changed) Select Import from the File menu.
5. Click Choose File, and select file you want to import. (Saved search from OVID). 
6. Select appropriate filter (e.g. MEDLINE or CINAHL, use MEDLINE for HEALTHSTAR searches). 
7. Click Import.
